My passion for helping others reach their financial goals is what encouraged me to become an insurance strategist. I joined Cone Advisory Group in May 2018. Since then, I’ve been working with clients and showing them tools to preserve and grow their financial wealth to help their retirement plans come to fruition.

My specialty is tax-free retirement planning—specifically creating principal protection methods for people in the accumulation and distribution phase of their financial planning journey. I understand the importance of minimizing your tax liability in retirement and focusing on principal protection to maximize the longevity of your accumulated assets.

I’m licensed in life and health insurance. In 2018, I graduated from East Carolina University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.

Giving back to the local community through different organizations is essential for me. I’ve been a volunteer firefighter since I was 16 and I’m active in the local fire department in the town of Ayden, which is where I grew up and continue to live.

In my spare time, when I’m not at the fire station, I enjoy college athletics, hunting, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
